Intel CEO Brian Krzanich gets on because of his relationship with employee




Brian Krzanich left Intel as CEO because he had a relationship with an employee of the company. That is against the rules of the chip manufacturer. The financial director will temporarily fulfill the tasks.

It is unknown whether the rest of the management has insisted on the departure of the 58-year-old Krzanich or that he has taken the step of his own accord. According to CNBC , the relationship took place some time ago, but the company only recently found out. The rules prohibit managers from having a relationship with subordinates.

Financial director Robert Swan is still performing the duties, while Intel is now looking for a definitive replacement for the outgoing director. Krzanich has been Intel’s director for five years and has worked at the chip company since 1982.
