Intel comes with Android 4.4 with 64bit kernel and 14nm socs for entry level PCs
Intel has announced the Braswell-socs for Chromebooks and other cheap PCs during his Asian IDF meeting in Shenzen. The processors are manufactured on 14nm. In addition, Intel has a 64bit version of Android Kit Kat announced for Intel chips.
