Io-Interactive Hitman release sets out to March 2016

The latest game in the Hitman franchise, Hitman simply called, has been postponed. The game was originally released on December 8 of this year, but now it is postponed to March 2016. The delay should lead to the game at the time of its release more content.

Hitman developer Io-Interactive suggests that the postponement of the release in addition to a larger amount of content on day one will also mean that for scheduled free content updates with greater frequency. These updates include new locations, missions and targets. Some of these targets are even temporarily available before they disappear forever. According Io-Interactive Hitman is the biggest project undertaken by the studio to date.

In Hitman players take on the role of assassin Agent 47. In different ways, both subtle and unsubtle, players can eliminate their targets. They can use disguises, explosives, sniper rifles, melee weapons and more. It is often also possible to switch off a target by having an accident waiting to happen. Hitman is available in March 2016 for Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Io-Interactive has recently a demonstration published by the Showstopper level in Paris.
