The smaller battery is needed in order to allow the thinner housing of the tablet. Instead of 7.5 mm, the new iPad mini around 6.1mm thick. Apple is also switched from a battery with two cells from an individual with only a cell, says iFixit based on his own teardown.
The capacity of the battery is 19,1Wh opposite 23,7Wh the previous iPad mini. This battery has a capacity which is 20 percent less than its predecessor. The iPad Air 2 received last year from Apple battery along with 16 percent less capacity than the first iPad Air, which led to a measurably lesser battery life.
The tablet also has a memory size to 2GB, as the rumors were there already. It involves memory of SK Hynix, but it could be that Apple memory from different manufacturers is decreasing.
Apple introduced the tablet briefly during his event last week. Mini 4 must follow the Mini 3, which goes from the range. The small tablet is the first device of the new Apple device that has gone into sales. The new iPhones follow probably about two weeks, after which the Apple TV and the iPad Pro released later this fall.Viewing:-139
