Relevant Holdings, the owner of The Phone House, Option1 and Typhone, the shops and online stores takes over from Dixons, MyCom and iCentre. The parent company of the three chains, the BAS Group, went bankrupt last week.

All 24 branches of iCentre remain open, but Dixons and MyCom go many branches close. Of the 41 MyCom stores will close, 19 and 22 remain open. At Dixons is about 55 establishments that close, while 33 remain open. The shops remain open. About half of the staff of the stores would have to leave.

By purchasing the three chains to make a restart. There had been rumors that the weekend Relevant Holdings would be the buyer of the stores. Last week said a bankruptcy court of the parent company’s stores. Relevant Holdings bought earlier this year telecom retailer The Phone House.
