ITC imposed sales ban for Samsung Galaxy models, Obama also rushes to the rescue?

Very recently, none other than Obama vetoed the ban on the sale of older Apple products in the United States . He refuted that an ITC rules that Samsung violated patents saw, and thus should have led to a ban on sales. Now it gets interesting, because the ITC has also decided to ban the sale of Samsung products. There are old items that are no longer even made, so far anyway, the decision would have no impact on the current portfolio of Samsung.

Obama now has 60 days time, even here his veto. Whether that will happen? Probably not. At the same time banning the sale of Samsung can be counted as a success. The design of Apple’s patents (round corners) were in fact rejected. In this respect, this is just another step towards patents also need to be patentable. Let’s see what comes next.
