Ratings PS4 are high among industry experts and the players themselves, leading to the conclusion: Sony is doing everything correctly. However, it should work more closely with some of the individual markets. For example, at the moment Sony is trying to win the love of Japanese consumers. In Japan, in recent years there has been a decline of interest in the stationary consoles, and more and more people are switching to handheld entertainment in the face of Nintendo 3DS and smartphones.

“I believe that the success of PlayStation 4 due to the fact that the console gives players an unforgettable experience. Nevertheless, we must keep the interest of the public with the help of exciting new games. For example, for the Japanese market, we have prepared 44 game projects, which will be released before the end of this year. ”

Sony is not successful with all their video game consoles of new generation. Pocket console PlayStation Vita, for example, under the pressure of games for smartphones, sold modestly. For it will no longer produce big-budget AAA games, as it is simply not cost-effective in the realities of the current market.

By the way, Kazuo Hirai has recently supported the initiative Ice Bucket Challenge and oblilsya ice water.
