Kickstarter Divinity: Original Sin gets his second goal in 12 hours




The Kickstarter campaign for Divinity: Original Sin 2 is launched. The Belgian Larian Studios has set a goal of $ 500,000 which the development can begin. Within 12 hours of that goal is reached, and there are now going to 34 more days.

In an update enables Swen Vinckle developer Larian Studios that his team “is surprised by how quickly the goal was achieved. It happened so fast that we do not even have to make all preparations for the stretch goals.” Which should be very soon on the Kickstarter page appear. Divinity: Original Sin 2, like its predecessor, a top-down turn-based RPG which puts much emphasis on the story and the freedom of choice. The pastor gave critics a warm welcome and described the game as an excellent RPG classic with a modern twist.

At the moment, Original Sin second only planned for Windows. The game will be played both single- and multiplayer. In total there will be room for four players, whose three additional players can choose to take on the role of antagonist in the story, or members of the party of player 1. Players can switch at any time between the two roles. Larian Studios used background stories, origin and race as central themes of the game. These factors can determine players at the beginning of the game and have much influence on the choice of players in the course of the story.
