Killer Instinct gets a Windows version and cross-platform play with Xbox One




Microsoft will release a Windows version of Killer Instinct, the fighting game for the Xbox One. That made Phil Spencer Xbox announced at E3 PC Gaming Show in Los Angeles. The game will also support cross-platform multiplayer.

The game was originally just for the Xbox One in 2013 and was developed by Double Helix. Originally Killer Instinct franchise created by Rare. Who was responsible for example, Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64 versions of the games.

When the Windows version of Killer Instinct comes out, Phil Spencer has not said. Moreover, it is not yet clear whether the game will work only on Windows 10, for example, what was previously the case with Halo 2 and Windows Vista.
