Kingmax comes with DDR3 and DDR4 RAM for overclocked gaming PCs

Memory manufacturer Kingmax brings this spring a new line of DDR3 and DDR4 RAM for game systems out. The series comes out under the name Zeus, and is primarily aimed at gamers who overclock their systems.

The DDR4 versions of the Zeus line come with an instant-cooling heatsink and be released in versions with a speed of 2800MHz, 3000MHz and 3200MHz. The memory modules are available in versions with 4GB, 8GB and 16GB. The modules operate at 1,35V.

Kingmax also comes with DDR3 ram in the Zeus series. These strips are clocked at 1600MHz, 1866MHz and 2133MHz. They have a cas latency of 11 and do their work at a voltage of 1.5 volts. The memory modules are provided in a red, blue and silver, and are according to KingMax all suitable for use in an over-clocked system. Thus, it offers both DDR3 and DDR4 the ram support for Intel XMP. How the different modules from the Zeus line will cost is still unknown. When the modules are available is also not disclosed.
