Lack of sleep may cause a heart attack





According to new research conducted by scientists from the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the development of citizens turned out that the people who had little sleep or frequent smoking, there is a general tendency: an increased chance of dying from a heart attack.

Those people who adhered to the five key aspects of healthy life (not smoking, doing sports, eat healthy food, do not drink and slept at least 7 hours a day) had a 65 percent lower risk of developing heart disease. And the risk of early or late to get a heart attack from these people was 83 percent lower compared with those who despise these simple rules.

Leading specialist of the study, Dr. Monique Versshuren from the National Institute of Public Health and the citizens of the Netherlands says:

“These studies are directly given to understand that the role and the importance of sleep to be taken into consideration when it comes to the possibility of reducing the risk of heart disease.”
