The Dutch LeaseWeb for an undisclosed amount the U.S. hosting company Shore.net acquired. The acquisition is part of the U.S. expansion plans of the hosting company.

LeaseWeb company logo LeaseWeb is one of the greatest players in the world on the hosting market. The Dutch company claims to have been more than 60,000 servers under management. LeaseWeb has already shown his ambitions with expansion plans to grow outside Europe. In particular, the United States is a country where LeaseWeb focuses on.
