Let It Die comes to PC on September 26th

The hack-‘n-slash Let It Die will be released on September 26th for the PC. The game comes from Killer7 developer Grasshopper Manufacture. Let It Die was originally for the PlayStation 4 and was released on December 3, 2016.

The developer reports on Twitter that the game is released for the PC and the Steam page shows that the release will follow on September 26th. Let It Die is a free-to-play hack-‘n-slash and dungeon crawler where the player has to make his way through a tower, under the guidance of Uncle Death. The player starts with nothing and has to go to arms and armor along the way. When the player dies, his death data passes to the game of others. There the player appears as an opponent.

Let It Die was originally another game called Lily Bergamo. According to Kotaku this was the first game of Grashopper Manufacture after the studio was bought by publisher GungHo. Lily Bergamo had a woman as protagonist and smartphones would play a big role. During the E3 fair in 2014, it was announced that Lily Bergamo merged with Let It Die. The reason for the change, according to Destructoid, was due to the fact that the name was already in use for a brand in North America.
