LG launches cheaper smartphones in G4 line




LG has announced two new devices in its G4 line of smartphones. The G4 Stylus has a larger screen than the G4 itself and as its name indicates the manufacturer provides it with a stylus. In addition, there will be a more compact model with a 5 “screen.

The G4 and the Stylus G4c have except the name design with the regular G4 common, but there are also prominent differences . For example, the G4 Stylus has a 5.7 “screen, against the 5.5” of the G4. The pixel density is 258ppi according to LG indicating a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. The processor is an unnamed quad with clock speed of 1.2 GHz.

Furthermore, there is 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage memory and battery capacity of 3000mAh. The camera is a 13 megapixel model in the LTE device and an 8-megapixel version in the 3G version of the G4 Stylus. The front camera has a resolution of 5 megapixels.

The G4c also has a 1280×720 pixels screen, but this model is more compact with a screen diagonal of 5 “. Again there is a 1.2 GHz quad-core, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage memory, but the battery capacity is 2540mAh and this model has an 8 -megapixelcamera with 5-megapixel front camera.

The G4c comes early June for 249 euros, while the G4 Stylus in July in the Netherlands will be available for 349 euros. The G4 itself comes out this week and will cost from 649 euros.
