LG presents rollable keyboard for tablets and smartphones




LG manufacturer has a roll-up keyboard which is to fold into the shape of a stick. The folded shape of the Rolly should make it easy to carry the keyboard and use with mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.

The keyboard is made ​​of polycarbonate and ABS-plastic, says LG. The distance between the middle of two different keys is 17mm, slightly less than the 18-21mm that would normally have keyboards.

The keyboard can attach themselves to two different devices simultaneously via Bluetooth 3.0. With the push of a button, users can switch between connections to different devices. Keyboards for tablets and smartphones to make typing long texts such devices more comfortable and easier.

LG presents the Rolly next week at IFA electronics fair in Berlin. A release will follow in September in the United States and before the end of the year in “various countries” in Europe. What the price will be is unknown.
