DrinkBox Studios brings on April 26 its new game Severed from. The game is exclusive to the PlayStation Vita and makes extensive use of the touch screen of the handheld. The developer is known of the platformer Guacamelee! which appeared in 2013.

Severed has been two years in development. DrinkBox Studios began making the game after the 2013 Guacamelee! released, a platformer that many rave reviews touted because of the gameplay and graphic style. The new game should come out in 2015, but was postponed because the developers at its say got a lot of new ideas and wanted to implement.

In the game players take on the role of Sasha, a warrior who lost her arm. By swiping can beat enemies on screen and puzzles to be solved. The graphic style is very similar to Guacamelee! That game originally appeared on PS3 and Vita, but later came to Windows, Linux, Mac, and also appeared for the Wii, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. That was the game on almost all platforms present.

Severed comes exclusively for the PlayStation Vita and will be available only as a digital download. The reason for the new game from DrinkBox not for other consoles or PC screen is probably the ministry, which works primarily through the touch screen of the Vita.
