Michael Dell, founder of a rare issue of privatization has sent an open letter to customers.

Taipei time, Michael Dell announced on February 5, to 24.4 billion privatization of the world’s third largest PC manufacturer Dell and Microsoft to ensure that does not affect the overall PC ecosystem, invested $ 2 billion to support Michael Dell.
