Microsoft allows Windows 10 desktop version for smartphones running
Microsoft has Continuum for Phones home work. This makes it possible for a smartphone with Windows 10 to transform into a desktop system. To activate this feature, the smartphone must be connected to a larger screen.
During Build developer conference Microsoft showed that Continuum is made suitable for use on smartphones.
