Microsoft and Facebook are building a new submarine cable, “Maria”

The two companies announced that Microsoft and Facebook today announced the latest step in the global cloud infrastructure joint venture and of the start of work to build a new submarine carries Maria “MAREA” name, which extends across the Atlantic from Virginia to the US city of Bilbao , the Spanish cable.
