Microsoft is releasing a software update that should fix battery problems with the Surface Pro 3. Owners of the device complained for some time now on rapidly declining capacity of the battery.

The company from Redmond left on a support forum to know that it has found the cause of the battery problems. In addition, it turned out not to be a hardware problem but a software problem. There is therefore working on an update, which has also been tested. However, a release date for the new software is not yet released. According to Microsoft, however, the update directly from after being released by the quality assurance department.
