MICROSOFT HAS CREATED A CUBE BASED ON KINECT FOR INTERACTIVE PARTIES

What do you get if you combine together several computers, projectors and sensors Kinect? Online cubic meter high. This is a new art installation from the company Microsoft, which uses Kinect sensors and allows to dance in an unusual virtual portal.

Cube from Microsoft is a projection system using 5 PCs, projectors and 5 4 Kinect sensor to create an interactive dance party. However, the Redmond company is not going to sell your product, and so far it’s just an experimental cube created for a music festival in Seattle.

In any case, the present experiment , Microsoft continues to support unusual ideas of their employees who go beyond their daily work. As the resource TheVerge, not so long ago, the executive director of Satya Nadella held a special festival to promote projects such as interactive cube.

Now cube from Microsoft is used to create a virtual dance party using sensors Kinect. In appearance it looks like a visualization of music in music players, such as Winamp.

Virtual cube can be used as a stage for performances, school board or a showcase for museum exhibits. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not know whether to continue to use this invention or not.
