Microsoft would be under the code name Project Neon working on a new design language, which is the successor to the design that Microsoft introduced with Windows Phone under the name Metro. The new design should present the upcoming Redstone 3 update.

The news is coming from Windows Central, which represents about not to have unspecified sources.
