The free version of Office for iOS and Android is only for consumers, says Microsoft. Businesses still need to have an Office 365 plan to use. The apps Consumers may also purchase additional storage with Office 365. Users without a subscription are stuck to the regular storage capacity of 15GB, Office 365 users currently have 1TB but will soon ‘unlimited’ storage .

Microsoft additionally brings iPhone versions of its Office applications from; the version for iPad was already Thursday and get an update. There is a preview of office software for Android, but the release to the public takes place according to Microsoft’s schedule beginning in 2015 instead.
