Microsoft makes public version Office 2016 preview available

Microsoft has opened the possibility to test a preview of Office 2016. Previously, it was only a small selection of users to try out all the office suite. The successor of Office 2013 is more extensive than Office for Windows 10.

Microsoft announced Office 2016 in late January, and the software should appear in the second half of 2015. Many new functionality includes the version not compared Office 2013, but the interface is slightly modified, there is a darker theme and there is a Clippy-like assistant.

Microsoft announced last week the test version of Office for Windows 10 available . This Office version is optimized for touch screens and will be supplied as standard with smart phones and small tablets running Windows 10.
