Microsoft makes touchpads new options with Windows 8.1 update




Microsoft sets new options for touchpads in an update for Windows 8.1 that out next week. So says the software giant. The Windows-maker continues with minor updates, but will not “Windows 8.1 Update 2 ‘making.
