Microsoft announced on Monday the next generation of its gaming platform, dubbed the Xbox One X , and plans to launch on the world market on November 7 at $ 499.

The Xbox Onex announcement, known throughout the past as Project Scorpio, came during a special event at the E3 Home Entertainment Show in Los Angeles.

The new generation of gaming platform offers the best specifications compared to the gaming platforms, the strongest among all the Xbox platforms, however, Microsoft said it is smaller and is compatible with all current games.

“The Xbox Onex processor includes an eight-core x86 and a 2.3 GHz processor, as well as an integrated AMD graphics processing unit with 6-teraflex processing capacity, GDDR5 gaming memory and volume 12 GB.

The new 6-centimeter platform, weighing 3.81 kg, has an internal storage capacity of 1TB and is characterized by its 4K UHD display technology with HDR technology and a 4K UHD Blu-ray player .

According to the Xbox Manager for Software Engineering, Karim Chaudhry, all Xbox games will enjoy enhanced optical accuracy and a faster download load on the new gaming platform.

Chaudhry said many of the game titles, including Gears of War 4, Resident Evil 7 and Rocket Leagure, will all receive free upgrades, Full of extra power for the device.

Chowdhury also claimed that owners of the Xbox Onex, who do not have a 4K TV screen, will still have an improved visual experience, using a technology known as SuperSampling, which reduces the original 4K assets of HDTV screens.

Microsoft has confirmed that there will be no exclusive games for the new Xbox Onex platform. The games will support the Xbox One platform and the Xbox OneS – which also supports 4K technology, as well as Xbox OneX.

To demonstrate the capabilities of the new platform, Microsoft presented a number of games such as Forza Motorsport 7 on a 4K screen at 60 frames per second.

With the support of 4K technology, Microsoft announced plans later this year to launch a version supporting the technology of its famous game “Minecraft”.
