Microsoft reveal more features of Windows 8.1

Microsoft today revealed through the official blog for more details on the next version of its latest operating system bearing the figure 8.1. This comes a few days after Microsoft announced the beta version of Windows 8.1 , which will become available in June 26.

Microsoft talked about feature “Mirakast” Miracast as one of the new features in Windows 8.1, this feature allows users to computers and tablet computers to transfer what appears on their screens wirelessly to the TV and external monitors supporting this feature. And “Mirakast” is an open standard wireless connection depends on the type of Wi-Fi Direct devices to open a direct wireless connection allows broadcast content from phones and tablet computers to TVs.

In addition will include Windows 8.1 support printing through a protocol Wi-Fi Direct, a feature that allows the user to send a command print wirelessly to the printer via communication between the device and the printer directly without the need for a wireless network and intermediates between the two devices.
