Microsoft solved technical problems in Outlook




Microsoft announced that it has solved technical problems in its e-mail service “Outlook”, which resulted in the inability of the count of users over the last week on the use of the service.

And the failure of a number of users of e-mail service “Outlook” in access to their accounts since last Wednesday, which affected the ability of those users access to other services for Microsoft’s cloud storage service like Sky drive.

Microsoft, explained through location service, some users experienced a problem with “Outlook” due to the failure of a hardware cache used for Exchange ActiveSync synchronization technique, used by most smart devices either tablets or smart phones.

The company added that it was temporarily blocked access to the service via Exchange ActiveSync, which restored users access to their accounts to Outlook. ”

Microsoft apologized to users of its e-mail service, it will changes code required to ensure non-recurrence of such problems in their services.

It is worth mentioning that Microsoft is still working to solve the technical problem remaining in sync email service over mobile phones, a problem that caused the service stops “Outlook” to the small percentage of users of those devices.
