Microsoft will stop selling Band 2-wearable




Microsoft has removed the Band 2 from its site and appears to have stopped offering the SDK for wearable. This seems to be an end to Microsoft’s efforts in the field of fitnesswearables.

Microsoft continued in 2014 its first step into the world of fitness trackers with the first band and last year the Band 2 off. This year there will be no Band 3 and, moreover, the team seems to be disbanded wearable developed, reports ZDNet.

Who good looking, can the listing it on the site, but the Buy-button does not work anymore. On other pages are references to the listing disappeared. The consequences for the Benelux countries are small. Microsoft has the wearable not widely offered for sale in the Low Countries.

Microsoft is also stopped offering the SDK, allowing developers could build their own services for wearables. confirms in a statement opposite ZDNet Microsoft that the stock is going, but it promises to continue to support wearable.
