Microsoft Windows 10 comes with six editions




Microsoft has announced that all editions of Windows 10, there will appear once the product reaches the market this summer. The basic lineup consists of six versions, but there are more instances of the OS. It will include a Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise.

In the PC version, there is little change from earlier versions of Windows. The desktop version for consumers, Windows 10 Home and small business there comes Windows 10 Pro, says Microsoft. This latest version will support Windows Update for Business, with fast access to security updates and comprehensive management capabilities. For larger companies it is Windows 10 Enterprise, which include greater possibilities for rolling out the software over Pro.

There is Windows 10 Education, which is based on Enterprise but is intended for schools and other educational institutions. The software for smartphones will be named Windows 10 Mobile, such as the manufacturer had recently been often suggested, but there is also a Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise. This new version is available to Volume Licensing customers and provides capabilities to manage how and when updates are deployed, all security updates take effect immediately.

In addition to these six basic versions come variants of Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise for specific devices such as ATMs, POS systems and robotic systems and in addition there will be a Windows 10 IoT Core small, inexpensive devices like the Raspberry Pi 2 and gateways. Microsoft calls the Windows 10 versions of standard devices which are not in his view, such as the versions for Xbox One, the HoloLens and Surface Hub.
