Miele announces vacuuming robot with camera and gyroscope to ceiling




Miele has stepped into the market for vacuuming robots. The first result is the Scout RX1, which include seven infrared sensors, a gyroscope and a ceiling facing camera is equipped.

The Scout RX Miele uses the gyroscope for the registration of all rotational movements and changes of direction. The camera of unknown resolution scans several times per minute the ceiling. Miele combines these data for the Smart Navigation technology, which brings in card rooms in the house.
