Mobile banking with ING suffers outage – update

Customers can log into the mobile app ING; Since Monday, the app malfunction. Internet banking through ING’s website is still accessible. It is not clear through which the mobile fault is exactly caused.

Who is trying to log in on the ING app to see that the app is ‘not available’, but no bank gives cause for this. According to all the trouble Trouble began at ten to one. Customers complain besides also log on problems with overwriting, but were on the editorial board of Tweakers who unverifiable problems.

ING is a leader in the number of failures; on average, the bank two per month, as revealed in September. Last year, ING still promised recovery after a major failure, but the bank still faces regularly with smaller disturbances. ING was not available for comment.

Update, 13:51: The fault appears to have been resolved.
