Mobistar launches pilot project with 4G network in 30 cities and towns




Belgian mobile operator Mobistar has announced that in thirty cities and municipalities, the 4G network to test. Several thousand customers Early next year, the 4G network should be available to all customers.

In early 2014, Mobistar wants to officially introduce 4G network. Moreover, the provider promises in the short term than forty cities and towns to provide 4G coverage. In 2015, the coverage of the 4G network Mobistar should be compatible with the existing GSM network comparable.

Proximus and Base started already offering 4G to their customers. Once Mobistar however 4G network roll out will also Telenet customers faster network standard benefit.
