Moscow authorities are developing a mobile application that will allow owners of the iPhone and Android-smartphone complain of improperly parked vehicles. Reported M24 .


In the spring of 2015, residents of Moscow will be able to promptly complain to motorists parked in violation of the rules or do not even pay for parking. This will be possible through a special application for mobile devices on iOS and Android, the development of which will spend about 26 million rubles.

To use the application, users will have to register at the Moscow portal of public services, that is to come in the MFC with a passport and a pension certificate. All users of the application will receive a special status – “assistant Moscow.”
