Motorola E5 Play with Android Go is released in the Netherlands

Lenovo has released the Motorola E5 Play with Android Go based on Android 8.1 in the Netherlands. The 99 euro device has a 5.3 “screen with 18: 9 ratio and has a fingerprint scanner.

It is a different phone than the previously announced E5 Play. This variant, which is called E5 Play Android Oreo (Go Edition), is different from the version presented this spring, including format, screen and battery.

The fingerprint scanner is on the back under the Motorola logo, so the company lets you know. On the back is also a single eightmegapixel camera with pixels of 1.12 microns in size; the sensor will measure around 1/4 “The camera has a single LED flash and lens with a f / 2.2 aperture.Video recording can be done up to full HD with 30fps.On the front is a five-megapixel camera with an LED flash.

The 5.34 “LCD shows 16: 9 content at about 4.8”. The resolution of the screen is 960×480 pixels. The phone measures 148x71x9.2 mm and weighs 150 grams. Lenovo has a 2100mAh battery in the device, which with the included charger can charge with 5W through the micro USB port.

The device runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425-soc, with four Cortex A53 processor cores at 1.4 GHz and an Adreno 308 gpu. The working memory has a size of 1GB, while the storage is 16GB; that is well for a device with Android Go.

The phone is coming to the Netherlands immediately for a suggested retail price of 99 euros. The previously announced Motorola E5 and E5 Plus also come out, for 149 and 189 euros. Motorola announced the Go edition of the E5 Play last month.
