Motorola is preparing to launch the Moto Z2 Play

Motorola , a subsidiary of China’s Lenovo, is set to introduce a range of its last- generation smartphone , including its Moto Z2 Play , to boost its Z family phones after launching the first-generation customizable phone, The thinnest phones available.

The Z Play, which weighs 165 grams and is just under 7 millimeters in thickness, is at an acceptable price between the models of the three Moto Z phones, where the new phone comes close to the basic phone in terms of dimensions, weight and thickness.

The Z2 Play comes with somewhat modest interior features, for example the Snapdragon 626 Quad-Core processor from Qualcomm with a 2.2 GHz with the Adreno 506 graphics chip.

RAM and internal storage have the largest update, with 4 GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, while Z Play has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.

The screen is one of the components that will not see much change. The phone has a 5.5-inch Super-Amold display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Motorola seems to need to ensure that all the MotoMods plug-ins are compatible with the latest Z family.

The Z2 Play features a 5-megapixel front camera, similar to the original phone camera, and has reduced the camera’s main resolution in comparison with a 12 megapixel camera and a f / 1.7 lens with automatic double-zoom control for the 16-inch Z Play phone Megapixel camera with f / 2.0 lens.

The Moto Z2 Play comes in two colors, gray and gold, and is the first of three Z2 phones to be launched during the rest of the year, including Moto C, C Plus, Moto E4, E4 Plus, Moto Z2 and Moto Z2 Force.
