Motorola will help Lenovo to third place in smartphone market
The purchase of Motorola last year helped Lenovo to third place in the smartphone market, behind leader Samsung and Apple number two. Competitors Huawei and LG yielded fewer smartphones than Lenovo.
In the winter months, Lenovo delivered 18.7 million smartphones, says the company. Apple is there with more than 60 million iPhones delivered far above, while Samsung is estimated to more than 80 million smart phones remained the market leader. Huawei was delivered to around 17 million phones, while LG was stabbing around 15.4 million.
The purchase of Motorola, Lenovo has put on the third place. Analyst firm IDC gambling that Lenovo has provided almost eight million Motorola. That’s because devices like the Nexus 6 , Moto X 2014 and 2014 Moto G . Also went towards the end of the period for which these figures go cheap Moto E 2015 in sales.
On the PC market Lenovo retained its status as market leader and delivered the 13.2 million units, a market share of 19.5 percent. According to the manufacturer, the demand was particularly strong in Western Europe, but the Chinese company did not say which it has come.
