Mozilla announces version 1.0 of Rust programming language

Research Mozilla on Friday released the first stable release of Rust. This latest release of the programming means that the development not going to change the existing library. This does not mean that the language is ‘finished’.

Mozilla developed Equip with three goals in mind: safety, speed and simultaneity. Partly as a modern architectural language would not suffer from security problems as buffer overflows. Rest would have a secure memory management.

In recent months experimented developers own words quite the possibilities of Rust. This meant that existing projects were difficult to maintain. Meanwhile, the development of the language entered a calmer; the language and the standard library now remain in the same base.

For experienced developers with Rust according to the creators less chance of error, because the programming could be simpler than other similar languages. Mozilla Research meanwhile worked briskly to the development of Rust, whose beta version 1.1 already appeared. The nightly builds are fitted with improvements to accelerate compile the code. They also have new APIs and features.
