Mozilla plans to rebuild the Firefox interface using the latest web technologies




Mozilla Foundation announced its intention to rebuild key parts of its Web browser, Firefox, and for the first time since its launch in 2002, in an effort to keep up with modern web development techniques.

And dissemination president of engineering at Mozilla, Dave Camp, a message on the mailing list the institution which he said he and despite the fact that Firefox was built using web technologies, the company is able to do a much better job.

The browser interface is based on the language of the user, “Zool” XUL interface developed by the Mozilla build an XML language to fill the gap that was experiencing “HTML” HTML code at the time.

It is believed that this is a major shift for Mozilla, as could have huge implications for the developers browser extensions and the company itself, Camp acknowledged that the answer to the big questions “will take some time.”
