MTS and Beeline promise to solve problems with iMessage in the coming days




In the last days of the subscribers Russian operators MTS and “Beeline” complaints to work iMessage. Problems touched owners iPhone, trying to activate messenger using SMS to numbers of European or American branches of service.


According to users, iMessage not only is not activated, but attempts to send SMS to a rather expensive European or American number, and if the iPhone does not receive a response within 10 minutes, it sends a short message again. This cycle can be repeated until completely exhausted the user’s balance.

Technical support mobile operators promises to deal with the problem within 5 days without reporting the causes of the problem. Apple has already reported that the failure is due to the change of the activation numbers for Russian users.

With regard to support MTS and “Beeline”, everything is quite mysterious: one mobile provider immediately sent subscriber at Apple, and other promised that the problem will be solved, and the money – returned.

Apple currently offers Russian users to activate iMessage contact technical support operator for the activation code, then you must contact the company’s support and report the code. Thus, the service can be activated in the “manual mode”.
