Mud gets Counter-Strike 1.6 working on Android




It is a mud successful Counter-Strike 1.6 and running to get an Android phone, including participating on servers and touch controls. It’s actually Counter-Strike 1.6 and no port of the game.

The developer, Alibek Omarov, has managed to make the game run on the Android platform. He makes use of Xash3D Android. To play the game, Omarov has touch controls added to the screen. This makes controlling the game, though it seems to be not very smooth.

To try it out, you will need a Steam account. Furthermore, the directories have to ‘cstrike’ and ‘valve’ is copied from a Steam CS 1.6 installation. Then must be playing with Xash3D on an Android phone.
