New Facebook app allows friends to respond to video clips




Facebook has announced a new app that allows users to attach a short video on a topic. The intention is that friends of the artist with their own clips will react to the video.

The app is called Riff and is available for iOS and Android . Users will see a counter to prepare, after the smartphone starts recording. The user can record videos up to 20 seconds and it only approve but not edit. After publication may respond only friends with clips. If they come to do the video sequence into their timeline and can also respond to their friends.

The number of people contributing can grow exponentially in this way allows Facebook. Goal seems to make viral videos this way to the internet, although video series can continue in private.
