China’s smartphone market is booming and there are now with companies like Xiaomi, Oppo or ZTE and Huawei, a number of vendors that have attractive devices in the range. From now on, we now provide you every now and then a summary of the news from China smartphone with, in principle, that a Chinese smartphone nowadays neither cheap nor must be inferior.
News from China: 5.5 inch high-end phablet, iPhone 5, Galaxy S2 & Kombiklon a high-end 5-inch

One to two times a week updated the Chinese regulatory communication their database. From now on we want you regularly, but not at a fixed distance, about interesting new smartphones from China to inform that appear in the TENAA database or other sources. In this way you know which devices you may encounter in the future maybe several importers or one or the other eBay traders.

Today I have three new smartphones China for you, including a 5.5 inch phablet with quite attractive features, a mid-range model that looks like the iPhone 5 would have a Samsung Galaxy S2 sleep, and 5-inch model with high-end equipment of a non-searchable somehow Manufacturer:

Coolpad 8750 SII
The Coolpad 8750 SII comes from one of the more established Chinese manufacturer and will arrive shortly in the Middle Kingdom on the market. It is only 8 millimeters thin and 158 grams of lightweight 5.5-inch phablet with Full HD display. The big phone obviously has very narrow margins, so that the front is dominated by the huge screen and the device despite the same screen size less than six millimeters shorter and five millimeters narrower than the Galaxy Note 2 from Samsung – and a full 24 grams lighter. It remains, however, how large the battery fails here, because I still could not find this information. The device probably has a MediaTek MT6589 are quad-core processor with 1.5 GHz on board, the 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of flash memory to the side.

The display of Coolpad 8750 SII should be able to come up with around 500 candela brightness and have a frame of only about one millimeter, at least if I am not mistaken my Google Chinese skills. Additional facilities include everything you are used to from other smartphones that. N WiFi, Bluetooth, two cameras with 8 and 2 megapixels, a MicroSD card slot and so on, are of course also on board as Android 4.2 “Jelly Bean”. When and at what price the Coolpad SII appears 8750, I do not currently, but interesting that certainly quite favorable giant is all – if it were not for the catch is that the device at least as far as can firstonce appears only via China Mobile, and only the TD -SCDMA network support.

Coship F1
Candidate number two is the aforementioned 4.7-inch model, with design elements from Galaxy S2 and iPhone 5 – the Coship F1. The device has one to two gigabytes of memory, up to 16 GB of flash and a display resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels. Under the hood, here once more tinkers a tetranuclear ARM processor, but in this case it is the Broadcom 28155, which is also clocked at 1.2GHz, but have never met me in a smartphone. The battery is rated 2300mAh with quite lush and despite the low height of only 7.9 millimeters.

There are again two cameras with 8 and 2 megapixels including flash and the Android operating system 4.2.1. Bluetooth 4.0, 3G compatible Europe, N-Fi and WiDi there is here also. Overall, it is a quite attractive device that is sold by some merchants on AliExpress in the world. The price is just under 270 euros somewhat higher than in most other Chinese smartphones. If you look at the pics, do you understand what I meant with respect to the combination of design elements. Well, I think that the manufacturer probably installed a dedicated hardware button for the camera here.

Hike 828
The third piece in today’s round of China-smartphones Hike is the 828, which is indeed listed in the TENAA under this name, but is likely to trade in something called phantom Hike with […]. The device has a 5-inch display with 1080p resolution and runs with a four-core processor, clocked at 1.5 GHz. I would sometimes tap the MediaTek MT6589 turbo, which may well have access to two gigabytes of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. This solves the front camera with 5 megapixels significantly higher than the competitors above and on the back sits a 8 MP cam with two flash lights.

The hike is 828 143 grams and a good 10 millimeters thick and is therefore likely to have a fairly large battery, although I can not say anything yet about its capacity. Also here is a 3G modem on board, which should be compatible with European networks, is open but what price is to be expected here.

I would appreciate any feedback, As well as what additional sources for finding interesting new China hardware by the way 🙂 We also have our own little forum for Chinese smartphones where you put your experiences with importing the devices exchange or discuss new shops can!
