Nintendo brings NFC accessory for 3DS and 2DS on October 2 in Netherlands

The Nintendo 3DS Reader / Writer, an accessory that allows both the 3DS and the 2DS can communicate with the Amiibo-dolls Nintendo brings to the market, appears on October 2 in the Netherlands. As the accessory is going to cost, is not known.

Nintendo Netherlands reports via Twitter that the accessory from October 2 here is for sale, but does not disclose what the Nintendo 3DS Reader / Writer will cost. The accessory will appear in September in North America and there the small box is $ 20 fee. The reader and writer allows you to use Amiibo-puppets with two older handhelds from Nintendo, the 3DS and the 2DS.

The figures from Nintendo can be used in games like Super Smash Bros. for the 3DS and the Wii U. The Wii has built an NFC chip and the New Nintendo 3DS comes with a chip that can communicate with the Amiibo-dolls. The accessory was in February by the recently deceased CEO Satoru Iwata announced at a presentation of quarterly figures from Nintendo.
