Nintendo shows archive of Internet Nintendo Power magazine Archive Delete
Nintendo has the Internet Archive summoned to meet the 140 digitized Nintendo Power magazines offline and the project has complied with here. Monday Nintendo was already in action against a remake of Metroid 2.
The page for the Nintendo Power collection is still online at the Internet Archive, but the magazines are no longer be consulted. The thirteen volumes of the magazine, all editions up to number 145 from June 2001, were already online, since February, but last week was widely picked up . Nintendo also got wind of it and demanded that the volumes were made unavailable. Polygon opposite the American branch of the Japanese company gave notice that Nintendo ‘to protect his characters, trademarks, and other content.
It is the second time in a short time that Nintendo infringing material online fetch. Monday appeared Metroid 2 Remake named AM2R online, where a fan had been working on since 2008.
