Nvidia posts record revenue through sales GeForce GPUs
Nvidia has posted record sales in the past quarter. That is largely due to the sale of graphics cards for gamers. Compared to the third quarter last year, sales from GeForce GPU increased by 44 percent.
Nvidia has the third quarter of its fiscal year 2016 ended with a record turnover of over $ 1.3 billion, converted nearly 1.2 billion euros. The profit amounted to 246 million dollars. The company cited the vast majority of its revenue from the sales of GPUs; in total is 1.1 billion dollars. Sales of graphics cards for gamers Nvidia delivered a turnover of 761 million dollars.
