NZXT Introduces RGB-LED controller with USB connection




NZXT brings a new RGB LED controller on the market, with which it is possible to use software to adjust the display of the connected LED strips. The Hue + is connected via USB and comes with four LED strips.

Manufacturer NZXT already had some years the Hue in the range, a 5.25 “-kastje with three buttons, which users can turn to let it change the connected LED strips of color. The new Hue + with 2.5” -formfactor a lot smaller, but much more sophisticated. The box is connected via USB, so it is possible using the CAM software manufacturer to adjust the colors of the connected LED strips or LEDs for example, reacting to music played.

NZXT offers four 30cm long LED strips with, which are provided every ten RGB-LEDs. The strips can be attached with magnets in metal housings. The cabinet has two channels, which can be controlled separately. Each channel can be controlled up to four strips for a total of eighty LEDs. The Hue + is available for a suggested retail price of 57.95 euros.
