o2 Customers can disable automatic data independently
Many people know the subject data Automatic surely. If you shoot, for example, a contract with o2 from which contains 750 MB volume, then accesses at the end of the data automatic when the volume is consumed. It is therefore not throttled agonizingly slow, you surf at data automatic at a constant speed, but is charged accordingly. This is graded differently depending on the contract. So there in o2 Blue Basic / Smart / All-in S 100 MB for 2 euros, 250 MB for 3 euros at o2 Blue All-in M / L and 750 MB for 5 euros at o2 Blue All-in XL / Premium. This is three times a month possible.

If the customer uses three consecutive months, all three data-snacks, a data package for 5 Euros is automatically activated, at which he will be informed via SMS. The additional volume is depending on the tariff 500 MB or 1 GB. The data packet can be canceled monthly. If the customer presents his veto, he surfs to the usual fare conditions continue. If he does not want to use the “all-round carefree package”, he has the option to disable the automatic data. This had to be made by telephone on the hotline or in a store before.
Now o2 would obviously relieve the hotlines, the brand new feature so far but does not depend on the rooftops. It is called internally “Independent deactivation of data automatic by the customer” and can be used already.
