Oculus intends to issue the touch controllers for its VR headset Rift in November. Reported Ars Technica in a hands-on with a new version of the controllers. Although the site does not say, the information appears to come directly from Oculus.

Rift until now keeps to the ‘later this year’ for the release of the controller, but in a video of a hands-on says Ars editor Kyle Orland to Oculus aiming for November, but it is not yet certain. That seems to be a reason why Oculus has not yet named the date. The company will want to do that as it is certain. Orland although it does not say literally, seems to be its information from Oculus. He calls himself a source “one who walks by,” as he points to the state of Oculus on game exhibition E3.

The Oculus Rift came this spring without controllers, unlike competitor HTC Vive . With controllers users can see their hands in the image of the VR headset and thereby control interface elements, including menus, but also in-game elements like weapons.

Touch controllers Oculus place a year ago for the first time at E3 2015 show . The two handsets, one for the left and one for the right hand, are each other’s mirror image and have around a tracking technology. There come the release thirty games out, claiming Oculus. Meanwhile, the company gets a lot of criticism for trying to claim exclusive titles for the Rift. Including on Reddit say developers which Oculus provides money to release a game temporarily alone in the Rift.
