PayPal Buyer Protection draws on crowdfunding campaigns back

PayPal offers customers from June 25 no longer be able to reclaim their money if it went to a crowdfunding campaign. By deciding its users protection against fraudulent or otherwise deficient crowdfunding campaigns lost.
